Kavanagh returns to Galway panel
GAA:Galway will welcome 2010 captain Shane Kavanagh back into the hurling squad ahead of the new season.
The Kinvara man was not named on the 2012 panel by the newly-installed management team of Anthony Cunningham, Tom Helebert and Mattie Kenny.
However, the full-back is back in their plans for 2013, along with forward Aonghus Callanan, who has returned from a year abroad.
Last year’s beaten finalists are currently on holiday in Dubai and will be back in action in the Walsh Cup against either Carlow or Antrim on January 27th.
