Man dies and five injured in three-car collision in Antrim

A man in his 50s has died and five other people have been taken to hospital following a three-car collision in Co Antrim.

The incident happened on Monday evening at about 7pm on the Collin Road near Ballyclare. The five who were taken to hospital are a man, a woman, two girls and a boy, and their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

The collision involved a Black VW Amarok, a Silver Vauxhall Vectra and a red VW Golf. Anyone with information concerning the incident has been asked to contact the Police Service of Northern Ireland.
