Assistance sought in identifying body of woman

Remains recovered from sea in Clontarf, Dublin, during the week

Gardaí are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a woman whose body was recovered from the sea at the Bull Wall in Clontarf in Dublin last Tuesday the 30th of June.

The woman is believed to have been in her late 60’s or 70’s and is described as being of slight build with grey hair.

The woman was wearing a red coloured light weight jumper with a floral pattern, a white t-shirt, black corduroy trousers and black shoes with a heel and a square toe.

The woman also had a green, navy and red coloured leather money holder around her neck.

A green quilted jacket and blue polka dot umbrella were found close to where the woman was located.
