Do you know what dinner you are going to have this evening just by thinking what day of the week it is? Or maybe making breakfast is a robotic chore because you start the day with the same fare every single morning.
If this sounds familiar, why not put a little more thought into meals and shake up the routine? Add another vegetable at dinner - and make it a different colour from the one that’s already there. Try a new breakfast experience: maybe take a different wholegrain cereal if that’s your thing, make a fruit salad the night before and keep it in the fridge ready to go, or try some green tea to perk you up instead of coffee. There’s a whole world of healthy foods out there once you step off the menu treadmill, so go explore.
