Every year the Irish Times and Pfizer select a town to take part in a unique initiative aimed at showing you – no matter what age you are, or indeed, where you live, simple steps to improve your health. Following last year’s successful project in Portlaoise, this year’s recipient is Athlone. The project will run for eight weeks and will show you proven ways to improve your physical and mental health. This site will feature daily tips as well as information on events and talks taking place as part of the project.
