Victorian legal fiction in focus at the RDS

Lawyers, judges and courts in Irish Victorian fiction is the topic for the 30th Hugh M Fitzpatrick lecture in legal bibliography, which takes place in Dublin next week.

The lecture will be given by James H Murphy, professor of English at DePaul University in Chicago, at the RDS Concert Hall at 6pm on Wednesday, November 27th.

The event will be chaired by Michael M Collins SC, with a welcome from John Holohan, chair of the RDS speaker series.

Refreshments will be provided after the lecture.
