Man (37) dies in Co Donegal crash

Gardaí in Buncrana are investigating a crash in Moville, Co Donegal in which a 37-year-oldman was killed.

The incident occurred at approximately 11pm at Clar, Redcastle, on a minor road immediately off the Muff to Moville Road.

The driver, who was the only occupant of the car, was pronounced dead at the scene and his body was taken to the morgue at Letterkenny General Hospital where a post mortem is expected to be carried out this morning.

The road is currently closed to facilitate a forensic examination and is expected to remain closed until this afternoon. Diversions are in place.
