Gardaí in Leixlip have seized cannabis plants with an estimated street value of €400,000 from a house in Co Kildare.

The plants were found yesterday evening as gardaí searched a house in Ballyboeen, Kilcock as part of an ongoing investigation.

No arrests have been made and investigations are continuing.
