Concern for woman (59) missing from her Dublin 8 home

Gardaí are concerned for the welfare of a woman (59) who is missing from her home in Dublin.

Assistance is being sought in finding Christina Lavin who was last seen at her home at Kilmainham Bank, Emmet Road at about 1.30pm on Saturday.

Ms Lavin is described as being 5ft 6in tall, of thin build with short red wavy hair and green eyes.

She is understood to have been wearing a purple and pink woollen coat and black trousers.
