Gardaí from the Ballymun Drugs Unit carried out a raid on a house in Ballymun on Thursday night supported by uniformed local gardaí and members of the force’s specialist armed units.
A pistol and small quantity of cocaine was found along with €400,000 in cash. The money had been counted and divided into blocks of varying values in notes of €100, €50, €20 and €10.
