This Caribbean hotel, on a beach-bordered bluff, has activities from watersports to cookery classes and four championship tennis courts (and three resident tennis pros). Each year before Wimbledon is "The Boodles", in which guests watch players prepare for the comp. Past players include Andy Murray and Andre Agassi and this year they've netted Novak Djokovic.
