Róisín Meets . . . Irish language group Seo Linn

Music Month continues with band who combine music and education as Gaeilge

Stiofán, Keith, Daithí, Cathal, Kevin and Conor are passionate about the Irish language, music and education, and the young men, aged between 22 and 25, have combined these passions in Seo Linn.

Through their spirited Irish language interpretations of popular songs, they want to bring music as Gaeilge to classrooms, workshops and festivals.

The group are due to play the Oxfam stage at Electric Picnic next month.

The whole band crammed into The Irish Times’s studio to record three songs.
