Be Wild at Heart when emerging from the ’crazy work/kids/work cycle’

What are you going to do with the rest of your life? It’s a question that preoccupies women as nests empty.

Lise-Ann McLoughlin, Fair City actor, screenwriter and cancer survivor, is bringing women together to find answers at an event, Wild at Heart, which is a day-long information and bonding session for women who are emerging from what she calls the "crazy work/kids/work cycle" .

Wild at Heart, which takes place on Saturday, May 9th, St Stephen’s Green Hibernian Club, will have a range of speakers including Jenny Westrup, medical director at the Beacon Clinic, financial journalist Sinead Ryan, and Ray McKiernan, founder of Resilience International and director of the Stress Management Institute. Contributors will talk of careers, whether going back to work or building a business.

The day costs €75. Booking details at www.lise-ann.com
