The fourth edition of Poetry Bus, an eclectic mix of international poetry, illustration, articles, reviews, flash fiction and even a cartoon strip, is now on sale. It includes the work of 2010 winner of the Hennessy Award for Emerging Poetry, Irish-born Afric McGlinchey, current holder of the Ireland Chair of Poetry Bursary Award Dave Lordan, UK poets Lemn Sisay and Ian Duhig, plus people you’ve never heard of, including the work of New Yorker Korlliss Sewer, about whom editor Peadar O’Donoghue is “very excited”.
The publication costs €10 and can be purchased, from February 5th, from the Winding Stair bookshop in Dublin and online from thepoetrybus.blogspot.com, where it costs €14 (including postage nationwide). Included in the price is a 12-track CD of music and spoken word. (Illustration right: Hand by Padhraig Nolan)
