Permission granted for 629 residential units, care home

Shannon Homes has secured planning permission for 629 residential units and a Barrett Cheshire care home on a 36acre site at Kingston and Balally in Sandyford, Dublin 18. The development will include 28 blocks ranging in height from two to four storeys. Heiton Building Providers is seeking planning permission for almost 122,000 sq ft of offices fronting on to South Lotts Road and Ringsend Road in Dublin 4.
