On entering the house there is a sealed porch – a nice feature that’s not all that prevalent in new homes.

The front room is a standard size, as is the kitchen – and could even benefit from a few extra feet of floorspace. There is ample storage under the stairs and a large utility room with its own sink. The kitchen is long and quite narrow, with patio doors and space for a dining table.

Upstairs, the bedrooms are a good size and the attic space comes ready made for a conversion – which would make an ideal master bedroom or teenage space.

The house has an A3 BER rating and a red brick exterior, as well as a folding stairs into the attic. Nearby is Blanchardstown Shopping Centre, a large Ben Dunne Gym, plenty of creches as well as Mount Sackville secondary school.

The showhouse is open for viewing on Saturday and Sunday between 2pm and 5pm.
