Moyne Road is one of Ranelagh’s top addresses and house prices have reflected that demand. But buying is all about timing.

A little over four years ago you could have bought on the road for just over €600,000. In April 2012 number 79 sold for €610,000. Two years later when number 18 came to market it was asking €975,000 but the smartly renovated property sold for €1.122 million. Six months later number 109 sold for €1.045 million.

Number 55, a three-bedroom terraced redbrick situated about half way up the road and backing on to the Luas tracks just above the Beechwood stop is now on the market, through Lisney, with an asking price of €975,000.
