Roomy

The property is roomy, measuring 175sq m (1,885sq ft). Set out over three floors it lacks a second reception space which many buyers view as essential to accommodate children or teens.

There are two double bedrooms on the first floor. One of these could easily become a second reception space. The bedroom to the rear has access to the family bathroom on this floor. There is also a sizeable utility room where the washing machine and drier are housed. Gunne agent Peter Fahy believes the house could earn a monthly rental income of between €3,500 and €4,000 as a corporate let.
