Electric estate agent is turning heads in Twizzy new car

Earlier this year news reached us that Lisney stalwart Darren Chambers had been sprung from his well-worn patch in Drumcondra to head up Lisney’s foray into the previously uncharted Dundrum region. High fives all round then.

Chambers is originally from the area and a Lisney firebrand, so what’s not to like? Imagine our surprise then when this picture landed on our desk. Chambers’s new company car? Surely not? What had he done to deserve this?

Turns out the electric Renault Twizzy is a Lisney wheeze for agents to efficiently pop in and out to city centre appointments and between branches while grabbing a bit of branding attention along the way.

The latter is going a bomb apparently: the wing doors have the locals stopping in the street to gawp in amazement, while Chambers says reversing it into the office on 11 Main Street for the press shot practically closed down Dundrum high street.
