The former home of ex-Anglo Irish Bank chief executive David Drumm has finally sold after more than three years on the market.

The six-bedroom, detached house at 20 Abington, Malahide, Co Dublin originally went on the market in July 2009 for €3 million.

Having been on and off the market in recent years, it was put back on the market earlier this year for €1.65 million with estate agents North’s Property.

However, according to the latest trawl of data on the Property Price Register by myhome.iethe house sold on November 2nd for €1,341,111.

While that figure is slightly more than the €1.3 million achieved for 44 Abington in July, it is less than the €1.5 million that pop star Ronan Keating earned for his house in the development earlier this year.
