At the recent IPAV conference in Powerscourt Hotel in Enniskerry, DNG partner Brian Dempsey was inaugurated as the new president of the members’ organisation.

Dempsey holds an honours degree in built environment from the University of Glamorgan, Wales. He is an external examiner with the Institute of Technology Tallaght and the manager of DNG’s Stillorgan branch and unofficial DNG photographer.

Dempsey may also be remembered as the chipper pinstripe-clad estate agent who gamely featured on one of the first post-recession property programmes on RTÉ, Desperate House Buys.
