The penultimate phase of Bloomfield Park is now launching with Sherry FitzGerald New Homes and deposits are being accepted at a marketing suite on the site from 11am today.

Twenty-two one and two-bedroom apartments are on offer, priced from €640,000 for the smallest one-bed unit. Fourteen townhouses will be released next spring. Jackson Homes are the developers behind the scheme and design is by O'Mahony Pike.

A total of 186 units are to be built in seven brick and sandstone blocks on this mature site, which was the grounds of Avila Carmelite Centre. There will be pedestrian access onto Morehampton Road.

One-bedroom apartments of 51-55.5sq m (549-598sq ft) start at €640,000. Two-beds of 72.18-83.3sq m (777-897sq ft) cost from €880,000. Penthouses of 105-265sq m (1,138-2,852sq ft) are priced from €1.55 million. Car-parking is included in the price .

As you would expect at this level, finish is strong. High gloss Italian kitchens in vanilla will come with granite worktops and integrated Neff appliances. Splashbacks, a steel and glass extractor and steel plinths are also part of the fit-out. Kitchen floors will be fully tiled.
