Wear it out: Looking laidback for the weekend

This week we meet Aisling Chan, student and Topshop sales assistant. She shows us how to get a great weekend look wearing clothes you could find in your boyfriend’s wardrobe. This look works for Saturday shopping followed by some much-needed bar-crawling.

The irony of ripped denim is that it takes skill to engineer something so careless. The brave option is to go mad with a scissors on your old denim, but, otherwise, Topshop can handle the ripping for us.

The challenge is to stay comfortable while making the distressed jeans look effortlessly pulled together, something Aisling has definitely nailed.
