Hugh Linehan is responsible for the development of new content streams and for editorial strategy on all digital platforms, along with the day-to-day output of IrishTimes.com. Previously, he held the position of Features Editor, and prior to that was the first editor of The Ticket, The Irish Times’ weekly entertainment supplement. He has presented and appeared on radio and TV programmes for RTÉ, Today FM and Newstalk covering social, political and cultural subjects. He began his career in journalism as a film and television critic, and as editor of the magazine Film Ireland. Prior to that, he spent five years in film and TV production, working on feature films including The Dead, The Commitments and Into the West.
