Longitude: get your bearings for Marlay Park
Must-see acts at this weekend’s festival in Rathfarnham
White Collar Boy: playing the Heineken Live Project Stage on Friday at 3.15pm
It’s probably the most tightly honed line-up of any festival in Europe this summer. It is lauded as MCD’s stand-alone entry into the cool end of the festival market. The weather will hold up; the punters are raring to go. So what will Longitude be like? Probably a dash of Electric Picnic (hipster line-up), a smidgen of Forbidden Fruit (a city festival with no camping), with a twist of Body & Soul (taking in some of the Marlay Park woods, complete with Maser-esque installations, cheeky).
Phoenix, Vampire Weekend, and Kraftwerk and their 3D gimmick are all at the top of the bill, but what about the rest? Keep up-to-date with reviews and video interviews all weekend on
