Guy Garvey has enlisted in the team of musicians writing the music to a new King Kong musical which will premiere in Melbourne next June.
The Elbow frontman is taking time out and moving to New York, where he’ll join Robert del Naja (3D) of Massive Attack, singer- songwriter Sarah McLachlan, French electronic duo Justice and The Avalanches in crafting songs for King Kong: The Musical.
