Tarantino says he’ll go for the trilogy
Are there any stories less reliable than those headed “What Quentin did Next”? Never mind. Mr Tarantino has set fingers clattering with the news that he is planning to follow-up Inglourious Basterds and Django Unchained with the final part in a trilogy of movies that “rewrite history”. He dropped the hint after taking home the best original screenplay Bafta last weekend. “This begs a trilogy,” he gabbled. “It begs to have a third movie on this theme. I haven’t decided about what yet, but I wouldn’t be surprised.”Come to Ireland, old man. We have a host of bitter scores that need reworking through the medium of post-modern dialogue and ultra-violence.
