Michael Arndt to pen new Star Wars
Let’s just have one more what’s-up-with-Star-Wars story and leave the blasted things aside for a few weeks. Shall we?
We do, at least, have some genuine news this week. Walt Disney, the franchise’s new master, has confirmed that Michael Arndt, writer of Little Miss Sunshine and Toy Story 3, will pen the script for the much-ballyhooed seventh episode. According to the press release, “ Kathleen Kennedy and George Lucas have begun story conferences with Arndt.”
