Digital Marketing Institute teams up with Central American college

Institute agrees partnerships worth €2 million over two years

The Digital Marketing Institute (DMI) has agreed partnerships with institutions in the UK, Costa Rica and Panama worth €2 million over a two-year period.

The ventures will help the institute expand its digital training to an additional 1,000 students over the two years.

The DMI has teamed up with Cenfotec University in central America, which provides digital technology education to students at two campuses in Costa Rica and its newest location in Panama. That partnership will be worth €1.2 million, the DMI said.

Meanwhile, the North East Sales and Marketing Academy (Nesma) will team up with the institute in the UK, which accounts for €875,000 over two years.

President and founder of the Digital Marketing Institute Ian Dodson said the partnerships would bring its global reach to 13 institutions across four continents.

“We will continue to focus on growing our partnership programme, selecting the very best education institutions to teach our accredited digital marketing courses,” he said. “This will help bridge the global digital marketing skills gap by arming candidates with the industry-relevant skills needed to succeed.”
