iZon Remote Room Monitor, Logitech G600 MMO Gaming Mouse and Samsung Galaxy Xcover
iZon Remote Room Monitor
This handy device will allow you to keep an eye on your property from miles away. The iZon creates a mini- CCTV network that you can access through your smartphone, streaming audio and video live.
When it comes to placing the camera, it is versatile, allowing you to wall-mount it or use the magnetic base to angle it as you see fit. If you need multiple eyes in the sky, so to speak, you can add several iZon cameras to your app, giving you a view of your whole house no matter where you are.
You can record directly to YouTube (for comedy moments) and the device can be programmed to pick up motion or audio.
Logitech G600 MMO Gaming Mouse
For PC gaming, you need equipment you can count on and customise. The Logitech G600 MMO Gaming Mouse is specifically designed for massive multiplayer online (MMO) gamers.
There are a mind-blowing 20 buttons, which includes 12 thumb buttons, two default profiles for MMOs and one for single gaming. You can use it out of the box or spend some time getting it just right for your own preferences, storing your settings in the mouse’s on-board memory.
Logitech has also put some time into making mouse buttons easier on your hands, so you can play for longer without “click fatigue”.
Samsung Galaxy Xcover
From free on contract
If you have ever dropped a smartphone on the ground, in water or even just brought it out in less than optimum conditions, you know that some are not built for rough treatment. That isn’t a problem for most, but some do require a phone that is a bit more robust.
Enter the Samsung Galaxy Xcover. It’s water- and dust-proof, has an anti-scratch screen and a longer battery life than many of its brethren. We’re not suggesting you dunk the Android-powered phone in water regularly, but at least you know it has a better than average chance of surviving the odd dip. It even looks more or less like a normal phone.
