Santry offices for Diabetes Federation

The Diabetes Federation has acquired two adjoining office suites in Northwood House at Northwood Business Campus in Santry, Dublin 9. The interconnecting units extend to 310sq m (3,336 sq ft) and are understood to have been sold
at an overall price of close to €400,000.

Deerbay Properties, which developed the Santry park office complex, is currently in receivership. Rents in the park are in the region of €150 per sq m (€14 per sq ft), while selling prices are down more than 70 per cent from their peak values of €475 per sq ft (€5,112 per sq m ). Agents are Savills and HT Meagher O’Reilly.
