Ready-to-go Celbridge site

A site with planning permission for 56 three and four-bedroom houses on the Newtown Road in Celbridge, Co Kildare, is likely to be of interest to developers when it goes for sale by tender on May 14th.

Agents GVA Donal O Buachalla is not providing a guide price but based on recent sales, the site should make in excess of €2.8 million – the equivalent of €50,000 per housing unit.

Fergal Burke of the selling agents says there is evidence of pent-up demand for good quality housing in places such as Celbridge because of the lack of supply in the Dublin area.
