Rathfarnham residential site for €2.25m

Agar is guiding €2.25 million for the former Merchant Meade Builders Providers premises at Taylor's Lane, Ballyboden, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14.

The 1.5-acre site is zoned for residential use under the development plan and includes Newbrook House, a two-storey, 1,800 sq ft period house listed for preservation and suitable for conversion into apartments.

Architectural drawings for a development of 15 detached and semi-detached houses on the site have been prepared but Agar says because the site fronts on to a quality bus corridor a higher than normal density may be obtained.
