Irish discount retailer More 4 Less is planning to increase the number of its outlets throughout the country. The company is currently trading out of eight shops with a ninth due to open shortly at Kilbarrack Shopping Centre. The trader is already in discussions with the intention of opening three or four more shops later this year.
The Kilbarrack outlet extends to just over 180sq m and will be rented at €45,000 per annum. Declan Bagnall of Bagnall Doyle MacMahon advised More 4 Less while Daniel McLaughlin of Bannon acted for the landlord.
