Mexican restaurant for Insomnia shop
A NEW restaurant, Tuzo Mexican Kitchen, is to open shortly in the former Insomnia coffee shop at 51B Dawson Street, Dublin 2. It will be paying a rent of €90,000 for the Ronan McNamee-owned premises of 88sq m (947sq ft).
Simon Cooper of Savills acted for the landlord and Declan Bagnall advised the tenant.
