€850,000 for Georgian office building on Leeson Street

One of the best presented Georgian office buildings to go for sale this year, number 63 Lower Leeson Street, Dublin 2, has been conservatively priced at €850,000 to achieve a quick sale.

Michael Healy of Savills, who is handling the sale, described it as a "stunning building internally and one of the finest Georgian properties currently on the market".

With a floor area of 313 sq m (3,370 sq ft), it has been predominantly laid out for office use with a small pied-a-terre on the top floor complete with bedroom, bathroom and dressingroom.

The high-spec fit-out includes Italian tiling, carpeting and solid wood flooring. There is also a modern fitted kitchen and shower facilities as well as gas central heating. The offices are wired for data and power cabling.
