25-year lease provides for rent reviews on an upwards-only basis

Brown Corrigan Chartered Surveyors are seeking in excess of €685,000 for a high quality creche investment in the Dalriada residential development at Ballycullen Road in Dublin 16. The mixture of houses and apartments was carried out by Ellier Developments in 2007.

The purpose-built crèche extends to 391sq m (4,208sq ft) and is leased to a long established operator trading as Chuckleberry since 1998. The 25-year lease provides for rent reviews on an upwards-only basis to market rent at the end of each fifth year of the term.
