An AIB bank branch at New Square in Mitchelstown, Co Cork, is to be offered for sale as an investment for more than €600,000. Douglas Newman Good say the yield will be just under 9 per cent.
T he three-storey bank has an overall floor area of 364 sq m (3,918 s q ft) and is rented at €56,300 per annum from 2007.
There are upwards only rent reviews every five years and the bank has a break option in 2022.
