€5.5m paid for two-acre site in Dalkey

Knight Frank has secured €5.5 million for a redevelopment site of 2.2 acres at Dalkey Manor on Barnhill Road in Dalkey, Co Dublin.

The new owner is expected to demolish an existing house on the site and use the grounds for a development of up to 22 new family homes.
