Pamela Duncan

Data Journalist

Pamela Duncan has written for The Irish Times since 2009. She has a particular interest in data journalism and has worked on a number of statistical stories including a 2012 crime series which examined the number of crimes reported in every Garda station in Ireland. She is also interested in social affairs issues and has worked on numerous Freedom of Information-based stories. Before joining The Irish Times she worked in the provincial press for a number of years and later wrote freelance articles for Time.com. She has a Masters in Journalism from the University of Limerick and a Bachelor of Arts degree from NUI Galway.
