More than 200 expected to attend DublinBeta

Quarterly event is in its 14th year and acts as a networking platform for Irish start-ups

More than 200 people are expected to attend DublinBeta, a quarterly event that acts as a networking platform for start-ups, in Dublin this evening.

This will be 14th DublinBeta held since the event series began in 2011. Overall, almost 200 Irish start-ups have demonstrated what they are working on to the tech and start-up community at the events.

“There is some really great tech talent out there. One of the benefits of attending is getting to chat and network with people. It’s a really diverse audience and start-ups can get feedback on their app, technology and business,” organiser Gene Murphy said.

Mr Murphy said 15 start-ups will demo tonight, including social media marketing company Captivio, video company Rotor, smart energy company EnergyElephant, data capture company Multitudos and design business Youzign.

Redefining IT security for your Business
