Two zoned landbanks for sale

Edward Hanafin of Lisney is to sell by tender two well located parcels of zoned land on the outskirts of Killarney, Co Kerry, for joint receivers Michael O'Regan and William O'Riordan of PwC.

The agent is guiding €13,000 per acre (or €650,000 in all) for 49.3 acres of which 28.9 are zoned for residential use and the remainder for “recreation, amenity and open space”. There is full planning permission for 153 homes and a crèche.

Separately, Lisney is guiding €26,750 per acre or €250,000 in all for 9.34 acres with frontage on to the Spa Road/Upper Park Road. The front section comprising 3.9 acres is zoned “light manufacturing commercial” and the remainder is zoned “recreation, amenity and open space”.
