The current rent of €95,000 per annum is due to be reviewed in January, 2017

The prominent Spar convenience store at The Triangle in Ranelagh, Dublin 6, has come on the market at a guide price of €1.5 million. Roisin Rafferty of Savills is handling the sale of the 329sq m (3,549sq ft) premises which includes a post office and Imsomnia concession as well as the Spar operation. The current rent of €95,000 per annum is due to be reviewed in January, 2017.

Ms Rafferty says the Spar unit was acknowledged as one of the best located convenience stores in the Dublin suburbs and for that reason alone it was bound to appeal to a wide range of investors.
