Loman Dempsey of Savills is guiding between €180,000 and €200,000 for a six-acre site zoned for residential development at |Higgs Lane, just off the Dublin Road in Portlaoise.
He says the site is ideal for an upmarket development of detached houses or a low-density scheme of starter and family homes. The site goes to auction on October 15th.
