Site with planning makes €1.9m

A well-located 2.2 acre housing site on the Maynooth Road in Celbridge, Co Kildare, has been sold by tender for €1.9 million.

The purchaser, a west of Ireland housebuilding firm, was among five bidders for the site which has planning permission for 26 houses which are likely to sell from €370,000 or €380,000 per unit.

The joint selling agents were REA Coonan and Property Partners Brady.
