A businessman has paid €630,000 for a three-storey over basement retail building with vacant possession at 13 Upper Liffey Street, Dublin 1. It had been let to the All Season hardware and homeware store. The tenant had been paying a rent of €48,000 for the building which has a floor area of over 1,208sq m (1,168sq ft). An unusual feature of the building is its double height at ground and first floor levels.

The sale was handled by agent Donal O Buachalla.
