Service provider Regus to open at The Chase

The global serviced office provider Regus is continuing its expansion in Ireland by opening a new office at The Chase in Sandyford, Co Dublin. The company has taken a long-term lease on 139sq m (1,500sq ft) at a rent in the order of €180 per sq m (€16.75 per sq ft).

Conor Whelan of BNP Paribas Real Estate brokered the deal and reported that there was "further significant interest" in The Chase from a host of companies. "While the bulk of take-up is within the city centre, there has been a notable increase in inquiries in the suburbs."
