Refurbished office space on Leeson Street in Dublin 2 is on the letting market at €532.80per square metre (€49.50 per square foot) through agent Knight Frank.

Fitzwilliam Court, the former headquarters of Siemens, has been completely revamped into a stylish and contemporary office space with a standout reception area of 186sq m (2,000sq ft) where tenants have shared use of two meeting rooms.

About half its 3,809sq m (41,000sq ft) was pre-let before refurbishment was completed in late 2016 and now the remaining 2,044sq m (22,000sq ft) is available to rent along with 18 car-parking spaces at €3,750 per space. There are also bicycle spaces on site, as well as showers and changing facilities.

Floor plates range from 557-790sq m (6,000-8,500sq ft) and are suitable for open-plan and cellular layouts. Each floor has remodelled rest rooms and a new air-conditioning system.
