Retail opportunities in Milltown

Stephen McCarthy of Savills is guiding €1.25 million for two retail outlets at Milltown village in Dublin 6. Numbers 5 and 6 Milltown Shopping Centre traded for 12 years as a single Revive Medico health and beauty salon.

Since being subdivided into two shops, one of them with a floor area of 49sq m (527 sq ft) has been let to Poise Hair Salon for a 10-year term from 2013 at a rent of €35,000 per annum.

The larger unit extending to 202sq m (2,174sq ft) would be ideal for a cafe/restaurant and should attract a rent of around €70,000 per annum. The investments are for sale in one or two lots.
