Receiver sale in Clondalkin for €3m

Mark Forrest of BNP Paribas Real Estate is guiding €3 million for a corner site extending to 2.38 hectares (5.9 acres) alongside the recently opened Lidl store in Clondalkin, west Dublin. The site has town centre zoning as well as approval for residential use. A 2,000sq m warehouse on site is producing a rental income of €50,000 on a short-term basis.

The site is being sold at the request of a receiver.
